Eastern Canada & Caribbean District

• 1. To increase “Branding” of Kiwanis in communities where Kiwanis serves.
  2. To open 10 new clubs during the 2023 -2024 Kiwanis year.
  3. To continue to foster the Two for Two KI club growth initiative.
  4. To increase participation to 90% in the “Signature Project Contest”
  5. Encourage ALL club executive members to participate in 2024 CLE training.
  6. To increase club involvement in SLPs across the district.
  7. To encourage new SLP club formation by Kiwanis clubs that do not currently sponsor one.
  8. To encourage every club to have at least one Service Project that improves the lives of children and families.
